I started by peeling a couple of potatoes and dicing them up.
I then put that with a couple handfuls of baby carrots.
I let them boil in some water until they were all tender.
I drained my vegetables and added the can of corn.
I seasoned it with pepper and a little packet of barbeque sauce from McDonalds.
I fried up my pork patties and I put the lid on the frying pan to steam cook them as well.
I can't tell you how long to cook the pork, I don't ever check the time!!
Supper was good, I enjoyed the vegetables after sprinkling them with freshly grated cheddar cheese.
